We have 17 music teachers, all with either University training or professional performance experience. Our music teachers are dedicated to learning about your personal musical goals and helping you to achieve them. With our talented and friendly teaching staff, we are confident that we have the right teacher to meet your needs. 

Wide Range of Lesson Times Available

We have a range of lesson times available Monday thru Saturday during the following hours. Earlier hours also available upon request. 

2:30 pm. - 8:00 pm Monday - Thursday

1:00pm-7:00pm Friday

10:00am - 3pm Saturday

 

Fully Stocked Lesson Rooms

Our rooms are stocked with everything you need for lessons including cables, guitar & bass amps, drums,  weighted action electric pianos and more. All you need to bring is your instrument. And since we offer full stringed instrument repair services in-house, we can help you with that broken string before your lesson!

Comfortable Waiting Area for Parents

We provide comfortable atmosphere for parents and siblings to wait during lesson times. Our store is family friendly and sitting in on your child's lesson is never a problem. 

Scheduling Assistance 6 Days a Week

Our helpful staff can assist you with any lesson scheduling questions during our hours of operation. You don't have to wait for a call back from your instructor. We'll do our best to accomodate your scheduling needs by phone or emails to sales@richboromusic.com

This April, we celebrated our 17th year at Coyle's Richboro Music. Our store has a proven track record of offering quality music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to provide you with the best possible experience learning your instrument. 

Month to Month Lessons

Our lesson program does not require semester minimums or yearly membership fees. Every student here is on a month to month basis.

Meet the Teachers...

Bill Avayou - Drums 
With a strong foundation in Jazz, Bill is capable of teaching any style from Country Swing to double-bass Metal grooves. He has studied music at BCCC and Temple University, as well as with top players like Joe Morello, Andrew Cyrille, Adan Issadore.  With over 15 years of teaching experience, 10 year here at Coyle's Richboro Music, Bill is our senior percussion instructor. Whether you're just getting started on snare drum or area  a seasoned jazz player, Bill can help you take your playing to the next level.

Dan Manchester - Electric & Upright Bass, Electric & Acoustic Guitar, Ukelele
One of our most rounded instructors, Dan can play and teach just about anything with strings. From jazz improv on Upright Bass to Beatles arrangements on Soprano Uke, Dan is a truly gifted performer and instructor.  His experience writing, recording and performing a wide range of styles allows Dan to present his students a varied palet of musical ideas.  Dan has studied Music at BCCC and is an active performer.

Rose Baldino - Violin & Irish Fiddle
Rose began studying classical violin at age eight, and spent two years participating in the Young Musician's Community Orchestra. Since the age of thirteen, she has studied Celtic fiddle music, mainly with teacher/fiddler extraodinaire Deirdre Lochman of the Lochman Family Musicians and Dancers. Concurrently, she began attending traditional Irish music sessions and has studied with internationally known artists at Celtic summer music camps in Asheville, NC and Milwaukee, WI. She has been performing with her Irish band, Burning Bridget Cleary, for the last five years, and they have released three full-length albums. Rose has performed at many high-profile venues on the east coast, and has recently completed an extensive tour of Ireland.

Will Schaeffer - Electric & Acoustic Guitar, Electric Bass
Will has been an active performer since the age of 16. He has studied jazz performance at BCCC and University of the Arts in  Philadelphia, as well as privately from the likes of Wayne Krantz, Matt Davis, and Tom Giacabetti.  Aside from his experience with Jazz, Will is at home in other genres as well, playing and performing in groups in the alternative rock, fusion, shred and metal genres. Will can help you achieve your goals as a musician/guitar player in the forms of understanding theory, technique, and song writing on your instrument.

Jordan Dalbenzio - Voice and Piano
Jordan has studied and performed many styles including classical, pop and jazz technique.  Jordan first began her musical career by studying at CEG Performing Arts Academy learning musical theater and pop instruction as well as ear training fundamentals.  Jordan furthered her musical studies by becoming a proficient classical performer via private instruction from Bucks County Community College, Rowan University, and The College of New Jersey.   Jordan is a very positive and energetic instructor and brings out the potential in all of her students.  She has successful students of all ages and genres.

Brian Dibaggio - Electric & Acoustic Guitar, Electric Bass, Piano, Mandolin
Brian has four years of teaching experience, including two years working with children who have special needs. After graduating from Widener University, he began his work as a professional performing and recording artist. Brian is proficient in many styles of music including Pop, Rock, Jazz, R&B, and Orchestral.

Mike McClellan - Electric & Acoustic Guitar, Electric Bass

Mike is a truly talented player and teacher with chops to burn.  Whether it's jazz comping, jam-band style improv or just getting out of the blues box, he's is a terrific instructor who can help you reach your goals quickly.  Drawing on his years of teaching and performing, Mike can help you make sense of the fingerboard and take your playing to the next level.

Jeff Orlowski - Piano, Drums, Electric & Acoustic Guitar, Electric Bass

A true multi-instrumentalist, Jeff's a great player and teacher with a very wide range of styles.  From r&b drumming to classical guitar, Jeff has a knack for introducing fresh ideas to his students and helps them become well rounded musicians.  His ability to accompany a student with a variety of instruments helps to introduce his students to the art of playing with other musicians.   Jeff currently teaches Monday thru Saturday

Kyle Perella - Electric & Acoustic Guitar, Electric Bass
A great multi instrumentalist, Kyle plays professionally as a guitarist, bassist and lap steel player.  He is a graduate from Bucks County Community College's music program and has over 5 years teaching experience here at the mighty Richboro Music.  After a stint in Nashville, a few years back, Kyle has returned to the staff and continues to be one of our most requested teachers.

Jason Fraticelli - Upright Bass, Electric Bass, Acoustic & Electric Guitar, Quatro
Jason is a hyper talented player, writer and teacher.  Truly gifted at conveying concepts and "the big picture" to his students, he's a great choice for serious students and advanced players looking to expand their horizons. Jason has attended Bucks County Community College for performance and composition and moved onto the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music in New York City. It was there that he was able to learn from teachers such as Reggie Workman (futuristic concepts), Cecil McBee (bass proficiency), Jane Ira Bloom (ensemble studies), and George Garzone (improvisation). As an upright bassist, Jason has had the experience of playing with many different musicians, such as Skerik (Les Claypool) and Billy Martin (MMW), performing and touring in groups, such as The Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey, Melody Gardot, and Cyro Baptista’s Banquet of the Spirits, and recording with several different bands in the Philadelphia and New York area. Jason has also toured as a member of Matisyahu's band. He has played every style imaginable from raggae and dub to avant garde jazz and punk.

John Conover -Piano, Voice, Guitar, Drum/Percussion

John is an enthusiastic performer, composer, producer, and educator. He graduated Bucks County Community College with his associates in music. Pushing forward, he recieved his bachelors in Instrumental Performance and graduated Cum Laude. John has lead multiple music camps, has assisted multiple high school marching band programs, and directed the Chichester High School Indoor Drumline. John has performed at Carnegie Hall, up and down the East Coast, as well as various spots in Ireland, Italy, France, and most recently the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.
